Height: 175fallen from an unknown far-away planet, Devvi's race seems to have floating horns, resembling a "demon". She used to be nameless, and got the nickname "Devvi" from Ailuo calling her that, due to her stark resemblance to the devil.
She has a star birthmark on her right arm, that lights up when using her powers. She often wears traditional han chinese clothing when she's with Rosetta and/or Ailuo.
She currently studies astrology, (partly in hopes of finding her native planet) and has the ability to read people’s “fate”.During her time on this far-away planet, she met this person she never knew the name of, nor did she know the gender of this person, as they seemed androgynous. Because Devvi didn’t have many friends (despite being of royal blood), she grew attached to this person and formed a good bond (not romantically). Everywhere they went, they were together until one day, when she witnessed her friend getting consumed by the Syncera. She’s now determined to find the source of these waters and firmly believes that she will be able to resurrect her friend, by studying the stars & their fate.

She had become friends with Bonanus and often had tea parties with her.Feiyun participated in the archon war. She was a soldier under Morax but was in semi-cahoots with Khaenri'ah.
